These Terms apply to the I Paid For This mobile app, including its account features, profile, membership card, achievements, minigame, Wall of Legends, and optional in-app purchases.

I Paid For This is a satirical entertainment app. It is a paid mobile app for iOS and Android. It includes a member profile, digital membership card, achievements, a minigame, Wall of Legends, and optional cosmetic in-app purchases.

4. Entertainment and satire disclaimer

The app is designed for entertainment. Texts about luxury, spending, pointless investments, premium status, and similar themes are satirical. The app does not provide financial services, does not provide investment advice, and is not a financial product.

5. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and keeping your password secure. You must not share, transfer, or use your account in an abusive way. You can delete your account from within the app.

6. Paid app and optional in-app purchases

The app is a paid app and may include optional non-consumable in-app purchases. In-app purchases are optional and unlock cosmetic badges or achievements only. They are voluntary and are not required for the basic use of the app.

  • Developer Tip / Příspěvek vývojáři (developer_tip_99): a voluntary developer tip that unlocks a cosmetic badge.
  • Another Pointless Investment / Další zbytečná investice (unnecessary_investment_199): a voluntary extra pointless investment that unlocks a cosmetic badge.
  • Luxury Mistake Deluxe / Luxusní chyba Deluxe (luxury_mistake_299): the highest cosmetic badge or deluxe level of pointless spending.

7. Cosmetic badges and no real-world value

Cosmetic badges have no cash value, resale value, financial value, or investment value. Badges and achievements are not investments, are not financial assets, are not exchangeable for money, and cannot be transferred outside the app.

8. App Store and Google Play terms

Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their terms. Purchases, prices, taxes, and refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play rules. You may request refunds through Apple or Google where available. Vierto does not directly process your payment card.

9. User content and Wall of Legends

You may publish one message on the Wall of Legends. Users are responsible for content they post. Your message is public within the app. Vierto may hide or remove your message if it violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

10. Prohibited content

You must not post content that includes or promotes:

  • links,
  • contact details,
  • personal data of other people,
  • sensitive data,
  • hateful content,
  • sexual content,
  • threats,
  • harassment,
  • illegal content,
  • spam,
  • attempts to bypass moderation.

11. Moderation and reporting

Users may report Wall of Legends messages. Reported messages may be hidden. We may hide or remove reported content. Vierto may remove or hide content at its discretion, and repeated violations may lead to account deletion or restrictions.

12. No financial advice

The app does not provide financial advice. The app does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in the app should be understood as a financial recommendation.

13. Availability and changes

The app may change over time. Some features may be temporarily unavailable, interrupted, modified, or discontinued. We may update, change, or remove features where needed.

14. Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account in the app. Vierto may restrict or delete an account if these Terms are violated or if the account is used abusively. Some store transaction records may remain with Apple or Google according to their own rules.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation of the app.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vierto is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption, or similar losses related to the use of the app.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date where appropriate.
